The Oxford University Liberal Democrats invite you to our annual Alumni Dinner with Martin Horwood
TICKETS ARE NO LONGER ON SALE
If you're still interested, email [email protected] and we'll see what we can arrange with the venue - but we can't make any promises at this stage!
Join us at Somerville College dining hall for a three course meal and great company
on Saturday 25th May 2018 from 6:45pm
Join us and Martin Horwood for a lovely evening and reminisce about your student days in the society.
Martin was President of OULD in Hilary Term of 1983, and went on to be the Member of Parliament for Cheltenham from 2005-2015, narrowly missing out on re-election in 2017. He's now second on our list in the Southwest Region for the European Elections, with a strong chance of succeeding in this endeavour. We won't, however, know the outcome of these elections at the time of the dinner, so come and help calm his (and our!) nerves in what looks to be a delightful and fun evening.
From 6:45pm - Drinks reception with Prosecco Spumante (Amori, Italy) in the hall
From 7:45pm - Three course meal, followed by a talk from our guest speaker and prize draws
The nearest park and rides are the Peartree Park & Ride or the Redbridge Park & Ride, both accessible by the 300 bus.
There is no parking in the college, and the nearest pay and display is on St Giles'.
Tickets will cost £60 ordinarily, with a concessionary rate at £55 for those who graduated under five years ago.
